Mokum | Our favourite wool-blend textiles

From velvet to boucle, checks, and complex weaves

Soft to the touch, resilient to wear, flame-resistant, washable, hypoallergenic, available in a vast natural palette, and beautifully receptive to dyes, wool is an exceptional fibre in every sense of the word. One of the first fibres to be woven into textiles, wool continues to be a favourite in our Mokum design studio.

“We love working with natural fibres at Mokum because they bring an inherent nuance and richness to both the yarn and the finished textile. Wool, particularly, is one of my favourite fibres for its undeniable beauty, robust strength, and natural performance properties which make it ideal for upholstery. It’s this rare balance of beauty and performance that makes wool such a timeless choice for interior textiles.”
